Update: The customer service is pretty good (baseus store in amazon), but the RMA from baseus website is terrible. I will give a 5 star for good service provided by baseus amazon.

I have two of these Baseus chargers, and I manage to keep my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, an iPad and another tablet charged without missing a beat! This high-powered charger seems a bit pricey, but it is worth every penny for its quick charging ability and the durability of the charger itself. The Baseus charger is superior to any other brand I've used. I highly recommend this charger, even though it is pricey.

It only takes once getting stuck overnight at an airport whether at home or abroad and your electronics running out of juice with no way to charge them to see the benefit of always traveling with a power bank. In fact I often carry it with me on short trips just to be on the safe side.

Have no fear about being able to carry this on planes. I've had no problems flying domestic or international with it. It holds a charge for a long time, and charges fairly quickly. Haven't done any benchmark tests as yet but it carried me for two weeks in Argentina keeping an ipad, andriod and headphones charged and operational. Hasn't given me any problems yet.

I used it a couple of times and I left it alone for a while with some juice in it. Tried using it again and it wouldn't work after plugging it in various chargers with different cables, including the one it came with. My window for returning it was about a week ago, so I'm sad I spent over 40 Dollars on something I can't use anymore. This sucks. My advice is don't let it go to 5 percent battery for to long or it dies and you'll never be able to use it again. Maybe you can fix it watching some YouTube videos, but this was brand new. I'm too upset to do anything about it, so I'm just going to accept my loss and never buy anything from this company again. Lesson learned.
P.S. I bought the "same" battery bank along time ago and that still works. "Same" because it's by the same company, same everything, mostly, but the difference is is that theres Chinese writing on it, and this one has English on the bottom of the battery describing the wattage etc. That one still works after a long time of not using it. I don't know what you did different, but the one with English writing on it, the "newer" version isn't reliable as the "older" version with the Chinese writing. I don't want anybody's help, I just want to let people know be careful when you buy this. If you do and it stops working, don't be surprised. Just take your business elsewhere like I am. I'm just happy I bought it on sale and never payed the full amount.
I like the older one I bought with the Chinese words on the bottom of the battery bank, because that one works still. The "Americanized" one seems like it's garbage, because when it comes to America and electronics, it's usually trash because they didn't put any effort into making the device, cutting corners with cost with cheaper materials, and still selling it like it's top notch. Don't be fooled, go somewhere else, or you'll pay the cost for your loss like I did.

This power bank is actually not that bad at all. I had it for my Lenovo Thinkpad for mobile music composition but couldn't afford it just yet so have to buy another later. Very very good price for what it was capable of. I even plugged my small Chromebook 35 watt USB C charger into it and there it goes. Power up in no time! You press the side button one time, battery charge percent. A second time, charging voltage. A third time, and it'll say the charging rate in "amp hours". Usually best up around 2.0-ish .. When (not if) I get it again I'll probably buy a second one to go home and swap out and head back out. The portability is great. Not too heavy. The build feels solid. I didn't feel like if I banged it around over it's lifespan the side panels would pop off or anything. The USB C port is for charging the power bank as well as it charging something else. Includes a micro USB port as well but I'd recommend the USB C port. Capable of faster rate of charge. That's why I mentioned buying two so I wasn't rigging it to charge and be able to charge in whatever way. Two other USB A "standard" ports included which of all are reasonably marked with their abilities of electricity handling on the actual bank itself. Also I wouldn't call it "water resistant" (not sure if it was advertised as so) but the output isn't high enough to make me not want to bring it home in the rain or anything, in my backpack or whatever. Will be buying in the future again. Thank you.
