Customer Review

My overall impression is it's pretty good. I was able to review one of these for the mfg and my opinion is unbiased and objective.

Pros:
Smaller than my other 20,000 mAh packs.
The aluminum housing is cool to the touch during charging and adds some needed rigidity in my bag.
The percentage indicator is nice for my OCD brain. (Most packs give you a four bars (or dots) at 25-50-75-100 and some blink when it's close to dropping to the next bar. )
Claims of 65W means two things, a) it's newer IC chip. b) 65W can charge a MacBook
Price is well below bigger brands (like Anker, etc)

Cons:
The microUSB port is way out of date and nearly useless for charging the pack and completely useless for anything else.
Only on USB-C port, should be two or three, IMO.
No Qi charging, although I understand it would add bulk and weight to the unit.
The housing is a little slick, so a notch or grip built in would have been nice.

Overall, one of my best 20,000 mAh charges and my daily goto for travel or trips away from home.
