I'm scared to charge my Iphone 15 pro max. It gets extremely hot charging wireless via magsafe. Due to this, the iphone slows the charging to a trickle and the duration varies from 2 hours to 99 hrs. also, it discharges very quickly and the phone can be charged only once.

Using the given cable, it is almost like a normal power bank and takes around 2.5hrs. Did not expect this from a Qi2 certified charger.

Anker Direct contacted me about the review and was very patient and understanding about the product and its performance from me. Even in spite of me unable to return the product due to geographical limitations, they were generous enough to offer me a full refund for my purchase.

Definitely ***** rating for the seller and the company for resolving the issue so easily.

About the product, I will have to assume it to be a manufacturing defect and advise other buyers to give it a try, You might or might not be disappointed. Whatever might be the case, you'll definitely get top notch customer service who'll solve any issues.
