I spend a lot of time in my chair. 8 hour work days - then, several more hours at night working on audio production. I've bought several expensive office chairs over the years - but this is my favorite so far, without having to cough up a cool grand for a Herman Miller.
My favorite feature is the flip-up arms. I can easily play guitar in this chair without having to perch on the edge and have the arms poking into the guitar.
The arm rests are very hard (literally had bruised elbows after a couple weeks), so I purchased some foam pads that strap on.
Great lumbar support, the headrest can be removed if you feel you don't need it (I rarely do). Love the tilt function! It was very easy to assemble in about 20 minutes. And it's reasonably lightweight if you need to carry it upstairs or something. The mesh seat and back are great for staying cool and your skin doesn't stick to it like faux leather. I've used this one for about a year now and the seat webbing is starting to sag a little, but I think I can get a couple more years out of it before replacing it.
