I didn’t get an email or anything from Apple or Amazon, so when I called Amazon to explain and wonder how I activate the Apple Care, it automatically had been done. I went to the general settings on my iPad and clicked on “about” and it showed the Apple Care was active. The redemption information seemed very unclear to me, so hopefully this helps someone else.
