If you are building your first system or are on a budget this is a good GPU to start with. Basically to do a rough figure about your cost to build - High-end systems GPU will be 2/3 of the total system cost, mid-range about 1/2 the cost, and smaller system's about 1/2 the cost. This card fits that formula almost precisely. The thing nice about graphic cards is they can easily be upgraded and installed, and doing so will make the largest difference in your unit's performance. This card gives you good basic performance and a mild rgb to get your building career started.
