Purchased the Apple warranty with the Ipad. Grand Daughter dropped her ipad on Christmas screen cracked. Contacted Apple Care right off had to pay $52.00. I was told a box would be sent so I can ship the Iap for repair. I was also told if it cost more to repair I would be contacted to pay more. I told the customer service rep I have the warranty. Oh well still have to pay. This is a joke I purchased the warranty for my grand daughter in case something like this happens. Well let me see how this goes may have to contact consumer affairs and the Better Business Bureau. Please watch when you purchase this warranty. May have to put more money out to purchase a Samsung Ipad. Very Disappointed!!!
