This company continues to ship chairs after they have admitted a fault in the design that causes major squeaking when you rock. This chair SHOULD have been sent with the new "secret lab recline cover barrier kit" in the box. IT DOES NOT. Shameful this is still being sent to paying customers without the fix included in the box. The chair itself is hard as a rock do not let the reviews fool you. Its like sitting on park bench with a thin later of plastic over the top. While maybe good for your back I would not consider this in the least bit comfortable. Also keep in mind that a lot of the reviews online are people making posts about the chair to extend their warranty. You heard that right. The only way you can extend your warranty is to make a post about it on social media. No other chair company I have ever heard of is like this. At most you would just register with them online and call it a day. Not this company. IF you do buy this char make sure you do get it on amazon so they can act as a middle man.
