Originally purchased to fast charge a Garmin watch during an ultra marathon. The power bank itself needed 3 hrs to fully charge (not an issue), once charged I hooked up my depleted watch (which was around 39%) after 2 hours it had reached 44%. I noticed the powerbank lights would not stay lit up while charging my watch. I could click the power button on the powerbank and it would stay "on" for 3-4 seconds, turn "off" and then trickle charge the watch. My watch charges fully in about an hour on my laptop even when the laptop is in standby mode.

Tested the powerbank on a phone and a gaming device and the lights stayed lit up the entire time the devices were hooked up. They also fully charged in about 30 minutes.

Conclusion: my watch doesn't draw enough amps to signal to the powerbank a device is hooked up. So don't get this if you plan on charging smaller battery items because it won't.
If you need a charger for your watch try finding a cheap portable charger instead of a full sized powerbank.
