Chair is great. This is my second Secretlab Titan.
Even with all the protection in the box FedEx still found a way to break the cover from the right side. I can fix it with some Gorilla Glue so I’ll be the only one who knows it’s broken but you seriously need to have a chat with FedEx. They had to really drop this thing hard to break that (and the box was in pretty rough shape).
If it was a smaller item or a larger problem - it would be a definite return. Super disappointed with the way this expensive purchase worked out.
