After the super special screening of Os Amigos do Gaspar: A Reunion in the City, at Culturgest, the IndieJúnior outdoor party takes place as a moment of encounter. The revisiting of puppets continues with a traditional Portuguese puppet show at “Teatro Dom Roberto” by SA Marionetas. And, in addition, there are workshops for all.
The feature film in this edition is also worth highlighting. Between Rocks and Clouds is set in Peru and tells us about an 8-year-old shepherd’s relationship with nature and, particularly, with his two friends: the alpaca Ronaldo and the dog Rambo. Accompanying this feature is the workshop for all ages “Conversations with Knitting”.
Also accompanying films are the workshops IN THE SKIN OF OTHERS (from 9 to 12) and NOW NO: BUSY! (from 5 to 7 years old). The first takes as its starting point Justine Gauthier’s film — Death in a Bikini! — and proposes resolving situations by thinking about how we can put ourselves “In the shoes of others” with the aim of making a mini film with that title. The second is a Sound and Movement Workshop that takes place on the 30th at the Biblioteca Palácio Galveias and which, inspired by the film “A Menina dos Olhos Ocupados”, by André Carrilho, challenges us to see and experience the world with different perspectives: what Do we stop living when busyness takes over our eyes?
And get ready because on the second weekend we’re going to “ride science” and watch films on buoys!
