Joe's 'Stutter' Scores Third Week At No. 1

Joe's "Stutter" featuring Mystikal remains at No. 1 on The Billboard Hot 100 for the third straight week. The R&B singer's track holds the position despite the challenge from this week's fastest-growing track at radio, Crazy Town's "Butterfly," which bolts from 11-2. "Stutter" is also at No. 1 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart for the fifth week, while "Butterfly" is up one to No. 2 on Billboard's Modern Rock Tracks tally.

Last week's Hot 100 No. 2, Shaggy's "It Wasn't Me" featuring Ricardo "Rikrok" Ducent, falls to No. 6, while his follow-up, "Angel" featuring Rayvon, hops to No. 3. This week's fastest-growing track at retail is 112's "It's Over Now," which shoots 32-8. "It's Over Now" also makes a move on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart, where it jumps up 8-3. This week's top Hot 100 debut, coming in at No. 55, is Sunshine Anderson's "Heard it All Before," which also lands at No. 15 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart.

Last week's Grammy Awards didn't appear to have much affect on the Hot 100, as tracks from performers and winners Madonna, Destiny's Child, and Faith Hill all showed minor losses.

It was the exact opposite story on The Billboard 200, where Shaggy's "Hotshot" (MCA) began its fourth week at No. 1. As reported yesterday, the Grammys brought a huge sales boost to a number of albums, most notably Steely Dan's "Two Against Nature" (Giant). The set sold nearly 32,000 units to re-enter the chart at No. 54; it had dropped off entirely last August.

Other artists benefiting from post-Grammys sales include Eminem, whose "The Marshall Mathers LP" (Web/Aftermath/Interscope) moves 63-32; Shelby Lynne, whose "I Am Shelby Lynne" (Mercury) arrives at No. 165, becoming the veteran singer/songwriter's first album on The Billboard 200; Radiohead, whose "Kid A" (Capitol) jumps 140-103; Macy Gray, whose "On How Life Is" (Epic) moves from 165-89; and U2, whose "All That You Can't Leave Behind" (Interscope) jumps from 35-11.

Billboard's Hot Rap Singles chart has a new No. 1, as teenage rapper Lil' Bow Wow's "Bow Wow (That's My Name)" rockets 13-1 in its 11th week. Another huge jump comes from Phenomenon's "Tha Rodeo," which moves 25-6.

The soundtrack to the Coen Brothers' "O Brother, Where Art Thou?" (Mercury) holds on for a third week at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart, while Diamond Rio's "One More Day" skips up two positions to No. 1 on Billboard's Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart, knocking out Toby Keith's "You Shouldn't Kiss Me Like This."

Incubus holds at No. 1 on Billboard's Modern Rock Tracks chart with "Drive," and Aerosmith's "Jaded" begins a fifth week at No. 1 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart.
