TORONTO (August 27, 2014) – Much fires up the fall television season! From the exclusive Chris Hardwick-hosted comedy competition series @MIDNIGHT (Sept. 2), to the acclaimed mockumentary series PARKS AND RECREATION in a weeknight strip (beginning Sept. 3), Much has got it all going on this fall. September premieres include bromance sitcom MEN AT WORK (Sept. 4) as well as the musical misadventures of comedy folk duo GARFUNKEL AND OATES (Sept. 22).

Meanwhile, Kenny, Cartman, Kyle, and Stan are back in the Season 18 premiere of SOUTH PARK (Sept. 24), and to prep for the return of the raunchiest kids on the block, Much presents two SOUTH PARK movie events. The 1999 film SOUTH PARK, BIGGER, BETTER & UNCUT premieres Saturday, Sept. 20 at 10 p.m. ET. The irreverence continues with the premiere of satirical action/comedy TEAM AMERICA WORLD POLICE on Saturday, Sept. 27 10 p.m. ET, written by SOUTH PARK creators Trey Park and Matt Stone.

Beginning Sept. 27 at 6 p.m. ET, MUCH COUNTDOWN returns with a brand new look and feel. Hosted by Much’s Liz Trinnear, MUCH COUNTDOWN continues to deliver the very best to music lovers with an in-depth look at the week’s top music news, music videos, and trending topics, as well as exclusive interviews all fall long.

Below are details for new Much fall programming. All programming is subject to change (all times ET; visit much.ca to confirm local broadcast times).

@MIDNIGHT Monday – Thursday, 12 midnight beginning Tuesday, Sept. 2

Executive produced by Funny or Die, @MIDNIGHT is hosted by stand-up comedian, actor, screenwriter, musician, podcaster, television host, and voice actor, Chris Hardwick. Each night, a rotating lineup of comedians battle to determine who has the best take on the day’s pop culture happenings, as played out on social media, in hopes of being crowned the funniest person on Earth. Past guests have included Channing Tatum, Jonah Hill, Will Farrell, Judd Apatow, and many more.

PARKS AND RECREATION – Monday – Friday, 10:30 p.m., beginning Wednesday, Sept. 3

This hilarious ensemble comedy series follows Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler), a mid-level bureaucrat in the Parks and Recreation Department of Pawnee, Indiana, and her tireless efforts to make her quintessentially American town just a little bit more fun.

MEN AT WORK Thursdays, 10 p.m., beginning September 4

This series follows Milo (Danny Masterson, THAT 70s SHOW), who recently ended his relationship with his girlfriend, and tries to re-enter the dating scene with the help of his three best friends/co-workers, Tyler (Michael Cassidy, THE O.C.), Gibbs (James Lesure, LAS VEGAS), and Neal (Adam Busch, BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER). Together, the four friends help each other navigate through relationships, friendship, and working together in New York City at the same magazine.

SOUTH PARK BIGGER, LONGER & UNCUT – Saturday, Sept. 20 at 10 p.m. ET

When Cartman, Stan, Kenny, and Kyle see an R-rated movie featuring Canadians Terrance & Phillip, they are declared "corrupted", and their parents pressure the United States to wage war against Canada.

GARFUNKEL AND OATES – Mondays, 10 p.m., beginning September 22

GARFUNKEL AND OATES centers on the aspirations and misadventures of the female comedy-folk duo Riki Lindhome (Garfunkel) and Kate Micucci (Oates). The series spotlights the personal and professional lives of the duo whose career choices – singing satirical and sometimes dirty songs – leaves them with little in common with their peers, and no one but each other to turn to for support and understanding. In the premiere episode, frustrated by a former beau who takes things too seriously, Riki becomes involved with a fellow comedian in the hopes that their senses of humour will be more of a match. Meanwhile, Kate has to audition for a movie role against a major star that’s outside of her comfort zone while also trying to figure out the most inconspicuous way to end a relationship.

SOUTH PARK Wednesdays, 10 p.m., beginning September 24

Cartman, Stan, Kenny, and Kyle return with the highly-anticipated 18th season of the Primetime Emmy® Award-winning, animated series SOUTH PARK. This season, the misadventures continue for the four irreverent grade schoolers, in the quiet, dysfunctional town of South Park, Colorado.

MUCH COUNTDOWN – Saturdays, 6 p.m., beginning September 27

Liz Trinnear continues to countdown this September with an all-new, revamped MUCH COUNTDOWN, providing viewers with feature interviews as well as an exclusive look at the week’s top music news and videos.

TEAM AMERICA WORLD POLICE – Saturday, Sept. 27 at 10 p.m. ET

Popular Broadway actor Gary Johnston (Trey Parker) is recruited by the elite counter-terrorism organization Team America: World Police. As the world begins to crumble around him, he must battle with terrorists, celebrities, and falling in love.
