I'd rather bottle up my emotions. Sometimes, I got a bad habit of hitting my head at times I can't control my anger. But seriously, I don't get why some people fake things like that for what? Attention? I get that some people record themselves while having a break down, an actual break down. But faking one only to post it for attention is just pure mockery.
