STREAMING GUIDE

What’s New on Netflix in May — Plus: Disney+, Max, Amazon and Others

To help you anticipate and navigate all that Netflix has to offer, TVLine presents this comprehensive list of all the TV shows, movies, documentaries and specials making their debut on the streaming service this month — all as a free supplement to our daily What to Watch and weekly TVLine-Up columns.

Among new TV releases in May, you’ve got the highly anticipated return of Bridgerton; Benedict Cumberbatch in the limited series thriller Eric; Will Forte in the true-crime comedy Bodkin; Jeff Daniels in the star-studded real estate drama A Man in Full; and a fleet of live programming tied to the annual Netflix Is a Joke Festival — including a Katt Williams stand-up special, a Tom Brady roast and John Mulaney Presents: Everybody’s in L.A.

On the movie front, Jerry Seinfeld writes, directs and stars in the Pop Tarts origin story Unfrosted (also featuring Hugh Grant, Jim Gaffigan and Melissa McCarthy); Brooke Shields and Miranda Cosgrover play mother and daughter in Mother of the Bride; and Jennifer Lopez headlines in sci-fi flick Atlas.
