High price, but from opening the box, through assembly, and finally sitting on it you can tell there's quality. The chair is firm, but to me it is comfy. It's not a chair you sit and sink into. I love the high back, the neck pillow, and the lumbar. Chair adjusts just how I need it. Full metal base is solid. My only complaint would be the somewhat flimsy (in comparison to the rest of the chair) feeling adjustable levers under the chair.
