This company not only makes a well-designed chair, but spent a lot of time on fit and finish, including the assembly experience. I'll be honest, I was confused at first that the chair shipped with the back supports extended, but when I got the back and bottom assembled and it was time to put the rollers onto the chair, that's when I realized the genius of the setup. Most chairs will have you precariously balancing the seat on top of a highly mobile rolling base; not so SecretLab. Because the seat is assembled with the back extended, you place the chair upside down and put the base on it--stable and secure. That's just an example of the quality of the assembly process; the instruction card with images large enough to be placed at a distance but still be readable, the small pieces in separate boxes depending on assembly step, etc. all speak to a dedication to quality.

That quality extends to the chair itself, but multiple reviews have been written on that already. All I feel I need to say there is that they're correct--this is an amazing chair that I expect to get significant use of for a long time.
