The initial Power Bank I received did not charge. It blinked at 0, hours after continues charging. The Volts and amps coming in registers but no charge. Once it's unplugged the screen goes blank and power button does nothing. Several review videos say the same thing but then the replacement works, which is what happened to me. The replacement I received is working as intended and even powers my Canon XA-60 camcorder. Customer service also followed up with me separately from Amazon. They do recommend that the charger used be at least 9V/12V. Makes me wish it came with one since a lot of devices and previous power banks I've owned charge fine with lower.
