The chair was used 100% for gaming. The gas shock for the height adjustment leaked within the first few months but we used it anyway without using the warranty. The chair material is great and tuff. Our cats tended to scratch our other computer chairs but not this one. The lumber option worked great for my [Dad's] back after surgery. The extra neck pillow ended up to be worthless, perhaps it could be repurposed. The seat material failed at the seam after 1-1/2 years but over all very sturdy. 9-1-2023 the seat mount cracked and broke. I will repair/weld the chair today and continue to use it for the next several months.
