PROS: Very sturdy and comfortable chair. Wide seat for large people. Fabric appears very durable.
CONS: The top of the arm rests swivel/pivot too easily and don't lock in place. They move clockwise and counter clockwise getting in and out of the chair and just moving your arms which is a minor annoyance.
Quality control was lacking: I had to tighten several hand tight screws for the foot rest which was not part of assembly and had to use my own tools. Additionally the left hinge screw hole for the plastic hinge cover was not deep enough for properly seating the lower hinge plastic cover. The picture shows the maximum depth of the screw when inplace against the chair.
The screw stripped because the screw is too long for the thread depth and lack of clearance below the hinge when assembled. I had to drill a hole in the side of the chair below the screw hole and buy a new metric screw so the screw would tightly secure the lower hinge plastic cover. The manufacturer needs to supply a shorter screw or drill out the seat! It was worth fixing as overall very good chair for the price!
