Its my first gaming chair so I cannot compare it to anything else. In terms of assembly, it was easy and i was able to do it alone to assemble. Everything was straight forward until the end. For the assemblers, the chair has a front / back sticker (mine didn't) so it was quite annoying figuring out the bottom metal parts without a label. I suggest that there are more front/ back stickers as i installed the bottom wrong and it was on a slanted slope i had to uninstall and fix. It wasn't bad, 3 min but still, annoying. Comfort is good, tested it with different people and everyone from 150-240ish were fine with it. The lumbar support is very tough but good. I don't like the top pillow, it needs to be way higher for me and its not great. Im only 5'3 so Im not sure tall people may like the pillow positioning if its too short for me. Id say 4/5 stars just due to the pillow as its lacking the right angle and not useful to support me. Also the "angle tilter" under the seat does absolutely nothing. like AT ALL
