TLDR
The chair is good, good looking, easy moving, high quality material for the seat, quite cheap armrests and instructions missing the whole part on how or when to add the armrests.
Tilt back almost impossible on top 2 positions of the backrest, which is critical for me.

Full version:
I have been using several different gaming chairs for at least last 8 years and I have shaped my own standards.
For the price this gaming chair is totally worth it, the quality is quite good for the most part, except for the armrests, which seem like were taken from 50$ chair, though they have several controls of height, depths and rotation.
The instructions were surprising in some places, if comparing to many other types of chairs, and have not very clear images, but still detailed explanation to each part with logical sequence, however, the weirdest part that there is missing whole section about when and how to put armrests. I was doing everything step by step and at the very end when I was looking at features page, holding the chair with my both legs and blindly searching for correct holes for the screws.
If I haven't returned cheaper version of a chair of the same company, I wouldn't pay so much attention, but still I have checked a about 90% of all the chairs on Amazon with tge goal of finding tilt back mechanism, I was paying a lot of attention to the rotation control at the bottom of the seat, and found this as one of the best price-features-good look comparison. It looks good, the price is ok, considering that it can hold quite heavy people (I am about 220 pounds and 5'11''), but even though the chair has possibility to tilt back and there is control for it (rotating part at bottom of the seat), it is still requires huge amount of force applied to the seat for slight tilt on top 2 positions on 90 and 110 degrees. On lower positions of the backrest (140, 165 degrees) it is much better, but it is not what I wanted. I actually hate this feature of backrest adjustment, like if I would change it once or twice for the lifetime.

Considering the mentioned pros and cons I would recommend this chair only if you don't care or don't want easy back tilting (even on the lightest setting), and if you don't pay too much attention to armrests appearance and cheap plastic smell (other than that they are quite good). For the missing section of armrests assembly, I think the video can be found online, so shouldn't be much of an issue.

I am very disappointed that I couldn't find a chair with all features I wanted, but I still don't really want to return this chair because it is quite good for other things, and because I already assembled it.

I didn't contact support as there was no need.
