This chair is great especially for the price. Cushioning, lumbar support, and neck support are all superb for me. The massage feature on the pillow isn’t something I plan on using and feels fairly anemic overall.
Materials feel high quality and the hardware seemed sturdy. Assembly went quick and easy but some of the instructions could have been clearer but it was probably just a weird translation or something.
It’s called a big and tall chair but I have my doubts. I’m pretty short and the footrest only comes to the middle of my calf and feels pretty flimsy.
All in all it’s exactly what I expected; money well spent.
