Pretty good quality cable. I’m notoriously (and usually unintentionally) rough on all my devices and accessories, so I often run into problems when things break prematurely. This cable lasted me almost exactly a year before I began experiencing the usual cable-only-works-when-you-hold-it-like-this problem, which began about a week ago for me. I keep my main phone cable connected to a power adaptor snaked up through my headboard (probably terribly unsafe, i know) and charge my phone in my bed, so it’s been through a year of tangles, awkward angles, twists, bends, and the like. The braided cord is definitely a good durability feature and keeps it intact as you bend & twist the cable with what I would consider everyday use. I was, of course, disappointed when I witnessed the first signs of distress last week as my phone rapidly connected & disconnected from charge when I held my phone a certain way. However, checking back at when I placed the order for it, I saw that I had just passed the year mark and didn’t feel so bad about it.
Good quality cable - it survived a year with me. Worth your money for sure.
