I have recently updated my review. I have initially given 1 rating because the chair arrived with one caster missing. When you buy such an expensive chair you expect some basic quality check. That annoyed me a lot. But after contacting the company, they send me the missing caster in couple of days. The chair is comfortable. I am updating my review to 4 star from the initial 1 star review I gave. Cannot give 5 stars because of them sending the chair without doing some quality checks.
