I bought this for my trip to Spain to make sure I didn't run out of battery when I was out and about or on long flights. It worked exactly as I needed it to. I would say it's not the fastest charger, but it was able to usually do a full charge of my phone before I needed to charge the battery pack again. The magnetic aspect is really convenient for travel because you don't need to carry a cord with you, you can just attach it to the back of your phone and go! Also you can use this to recharge your airpods which is great too. Great for the price!

This portable charger is great if you’re not going to be gone from home for long and don’t use your phone all day. It won’t charge your phone to 100% if you’re around 10% or so, but will get you to at least 80% and higher if you don’t use your phone while charging. It gets warm, but not hot like you can’t use it or put it in pants pockets. I would recommend not using your phone while charging to get the maximum charge. It doesn’t charge as quick as a wired charger, but I guess that’s the trade off for not having to carry a wire everywhere. You can charge it with a wire also, but I’ve never tried because I don’t like carrying a wire around. The magnet is strong and my phone doesn’t fall off even off if I move it roughly. I have a case (caudabe sheath) and it’s still a strong connection. I think it varies case to case so beware. You’d have to really put some effort to throw it off. Overall I really like the design. I like how it can also act as a stand and you can change orientation of the phone while charging. I like how small it is also. If they make an updated version of this later I would like to see better battery charge and speed of charge also.

This is a super convenient & pocketable size that fits the iPhone 13 Pro perfectly. It sits comfortably beneath the raised cameras and attaches firmly even when the phone is equipped with a thin MagSafe case. The rubberized finish creates a rather satisfying and soft feel in your hands and aids to prevent slippage on various surfaces. Additionally, the inclusion of a stand enhances usability and convenience by allowing users to position it on a table or desk for comfortable viewing of videos, notifications, etc. without the need to hold the device. As a bonus, it works in both vertical and landscape orientation - making it perfect for watching widescreen videos.

However, there are areas that could benefit from improvement. The flexible stand is limited to a single fixed position, thus preventing users from adjusting the phone to different angles for optimal viewing. Moreover, due to the positioning of the charging port at the bottom, it is not possible to utilize the stand while simultaneously charging the device. Lastly, during my evaluation, I measured the wireless charging capability of my specific unit to be approximately ~9.25watts and the overall capacity fell a bit shy of 5,000mAh at just ~4,600mAh.

In summary, this charger serves as an excellent travel companion due to its compact size and functionality. However, it may be deemed slightly overpriced for what it offers.

* A bit pricey, I'd expect a 5,000mAh battery to run about $15... add MagSafe charging and a stand, $25-$30 would be more economical pricing. That said, it's still significantly cheaper than Apple's similar product offerings.

So I gave this batter 5 stars. As with almost everything from Anker, this battery is high quality and it charges pretty quickly and provides a charge to my iPhone quick enough for me. The light blue color I chose goes well with my blue gray iPhone 13 pro, and when I hold my phone with the battery affixed to the back, I feel it actually gives me more to grab while I’m using it.

As far as how fast it charges my iPhone 13 Pro, my use case is not where I bought the battery to slap on the back and recharge it in 20 to 30 minutes, so i can remove it and go back on my merry way. I know it takes longer than 30 minutes to charge it from near dead to 75% or greater, but that’s not an issue for me, simply because on the few occasions towards the end of the day when i’ve used my phone a lot and the battery isn’t going to get me through the evening, then I’ll slap this battery on the back and leave it on the entire evening until i go to sleep. And by that time, it does bring my phone way up in terms of run time, so if I were at an airport and i was getting low on battery life, then this would definitely save the day, yet be slim enough and secure enough where i could still hold my phone in one hand walking through the terminal or whatever.

As far as being secure. When you slap on the Anker battery to the back of the phone, the magnet is fairly strong. Strong enough so that while you’re carrying the combo in your hand, your phone shouldn’t slip off the battery and fall to the cement floor. And as far as fit, it stays out of the way of the camera on the 13 Pro. If it says it’s compatible with the 13 as well, i have no doubt they took the camera in to consideration and that won’t be an issue. The 13 Pro Max should fit the same as the 13 Pro as well.

For functionality, the battery can pass through charge. Meaning, if you need to plug the battery in and charge it while also charging your phone, it will do that. Although, as far as my experience goes, it tends to charge the phone a bit slower in this case, but that’s to be expected. The battery also comes with a number of small lights to indicate battery strength, as well as a button to turn it off when not in use.

As far as how fast it will charge, i didn’t test that. But again, for my use case, the battery sits on my counter charging until i need it. And once I’ve used it to get me through the evening, i just plug it back in until the next time i need it.

As far as the size is something that some may consider bulky. For me, when it’s attached, it simply makes my phone more secure to hold while it has the Anker attached. It’s size is not something that bothers me. And lastly, something i consider a bonus is the fact that this Anker battery actually has a built in tab that pulls out and folds such that it can prop your phone up as a stand. Nice touch, but so far i haven’t had a need to use it. But when i do, it will be nice to know that it’s there. I could see using this if I was traveling on a plane to prop up my phone on the seat tray. It’s made to normally prop the phone up in it’s vertical orientation, but because the magnet is strong, you can simply twist your phone horizontally on the magnet and it will actually hold the phone in the horizontal position for watching movies!

Got this for my gf and it works great, she uses it for her iPhone 14 pro max and although it can't fully charge the battery it gets her pretty close.

It does get warm like any other magsafe battery pack so just be cognizant of that. Overall great to have for trips or day to day use.

Lo bueno: El tamaño es muy practico, me carga un 80% de batería con el tamaño reducido que tengo y también puedo cargar mis audífonos de forma inalámbrica.

Lo malo: se calienta demasiado cuando cargas el teléfono de forma inalámbrica. He tenido que poner la batería en el suelo o superficies frías mientras realizo una carga para evitar que se caliente mucho durante la carga.

En resumen, si la recomiendo. El tamaño la hace muy practica y te da bastante energía para salir y no llevarte ningún cable de carga.
