I've owned this chair since early 2019, ive had a slight issue where the arms slightly bend out, but that's an easy fix to bend them back in.

Now, since its in the second half of 2020, I figured its time to write a review, especially since I just got done interacting with customer service. I am a disabled vet, and spend a lot of my time at my desk either playing games or doing some light IT work. I will sit for about 12 to 14 hours a day, and all of the cushioning continues to not overly compress (I havent left a butt-print yet, and i've been trying). The lumbar support and neck pillow are still amazingly comfortable, the back and seat have been easy to clean. overall, i'll completely recommend the chair for its durability.

Now, I have recently had an issue with one of the wheel assemblies, it had cracked and the wheels had fallen off, after TWO emails (one out and one responding back to the person) to Customer Service, I had requested ONE wheel to repair the issue. I was told that they would be sending me my replacement wheel.

Four days later, I had received a package from China, containing 5 wheel assemblies, to which I have to say, was above and beyond what I was expecting. The wheels took seconds to replace and I'm writing this now with all 5 wheels on and its so much more comfortable.

Totally recommend.

It's a great chair, and the seller backs it up

First, for the price - this is a fantastic chair. It's comfortable and can be reclined. I had to get this for working from home after suffering a pinched nerve in my neck - reclining and positioning keyboard and monitors appropriately helped me take some of the load off while I was going through physical therapy.

Overall, the chair seems well built. I would recommend some blue loctite or similar for the bolts, as they will come loose over time. Assembly wasn't too tough, instructions could have been a bit better, though.

I did have a caster come loose, and it turned out that the base had a weak spot of plastic on one of the five arms. There was no way to put the caster back without jury-rigging it. This is where the purchase made a difference -

Within a week of sending an email and a picture of the damaged part to Daniel, I had a replacement part, no charge. I put it on the chair, and everything looks great.

If you're not sure about this chair, it's safe to take a chance. Products are what they are, but service is a human trait and I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks again to Daniel for restoring my faith in online purchasing.

This chair is very comfortable. (1 Month review)

The things I like about this is the reclining, it locks to any position and is great if you have a tv you like to play on. The footrest is a little flimsy but works alright. The adjustable armrest is also a neat feature that works well with my desk.

The things that I don’t like. The chair makes load creak sounds if I lean back sometimes. The footrest is a bit too small (and I’m a small person.) The vibrating backrest is alright but not really practical for me so I don’t really use that function. The instructions to assemble the chair are pretty vague and use pictures to tell you what to put together. It think written instructions would have helped explain what small pieces go where.

Anyways for the price this seems to be a pretty good gaming chair. It’s comfy, decently sized, adjustable for many positions and pretty durable for the time I’ve had it. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a very good budget gaming chair.

New base is awesome

When I first got this chair I put it together and attempted to use it. The spoke on one point of the base broke off. I'm a big guy but within the specs for this chair. I contacted the merchant and they sent a replacement. I installed it and tried it again. It lasted for a month or so and then would tilt when you tried to roll forward on it and another spoke cracked. It's like it isn't centered in the base and causes it to tilt forward when you try to roll forward. After trying to use it like this it broke again. I then took the base from the old chair it replaced and swapped them. It works great now. I think they should beef the base up. If they correct the weak base they will have a great chair It works great with this 25 year old base. At least I can enjoy the rest of the features it has to offer as it is a nice, comfy chair.

Update: 21 August 2019. The vendor sent me a new base that is metal and looks awesome and works great. I can move around with ease. It is now my favorite chair.

Scan the QR and watch the video. It walks you right through the assembly process. If I weren't anal retentive about watching and re-watching, this is perhaps a 10-15 minute task. One thing they don't show is that the brace on the left side of the seat (not the recline-lever side) just flops around. My blood pressure shot through the roof when I unpackaged it. I was certain I was going to have to return it. But as it turns out, you'll briefly catch sight of the same in the assembly video. Once it was complete, I roughed it up a bit and no longer have any concerns.

The chair itself is surprisingly sturdy and comfortable considering the price. The back of the chair comes up just past the top of my head. With the neck pillow, it's just about perfect. The seat is YUGE. I can man-spread right here. The cushion is well padded and at the right balance of support and squish.

I'm not yet sold on the lumbar pillow. It might be just a bit large.

If I have a complaint, it's that the footrest seems to be made for a person who is perhaps 4-5 feet tall. I'm 6'2 and this footrest comes out to the back of my knees. I'll be removing it.

Overall, for the price I paid, this is a steal.

Da bei meinem letzten Stuhl die Schweißnähte im inneren gebrochen ist, musste ein neuer angeschafft werden. Der NOKAXUS Gamingstuhl in Schwarz sprach mich vom Preis und vom Aussehen an.

Geliefert wurde durch UPS. Für Amazon eher untypisch war die Verpackung schwer beschädigt und der Karton an mehreren Stellen aufgerissen. Das Innere hatte zum Glück keinen Schaden genommen.

Der Aufbau war, wie bei bisher jedem Stuhl, mit dem mitgeliefertem Werkzeug gut machbar. Die Löcher passen alle gut aufeinander und die Gewinde sind gut geschnitten. Sollte man es wirklich nötig haben, gibt es vom Hersteller eine Montageanleitung in Videoform. Die Untertitel des Videos sind aber eher irritierend, da sie nicht richtig getimed sind. Aber mit etwas Menschenverstand ist es gar nicht nötig.

Die Sitzfläche ist für meinen Geschmack sogar einige Zentimeter zu lang, aber das ist nicht schlimm. Die Sitzfläche ist angenehm weich. Das Lendenkissen verwende ich nicht. Bisher habe ich noch keinen Stuhl gefunden, bei dem mir dieses Kissen wirklich gepasst hat. Das liegt wahrscheinlich an mir. ;) Das Kopfkissen habe ich nicht wie angegeben durch die beiden "Löcher" in der Lehne montiert, sondern mit den Gummis über die Lehne gesteckt. So sitzt es an genau der richtigen Stelle und ist schnell abnehmbar, wenn ich es doch mal nicht brauche. Wenn ich es so montiere wie vom Hersteller angegeben, sitzt es viel zu tief. Die Fußstütze ist sehr weich, wodurch die Beine/Füße leicht einsinken. Mir gefällt das sehr. Ich habe auch gleich mal ne halbe Stunde in dem Stuhl geschlafen. Der Stuhl selbst enthält keinerlei Branding. Nur auf dem Kopfkissen ist das Logo aufgestickt. Die Nähte des Bezugs sehen alle gut aus, die Schweißnähte im Inneren sehen auch gut aus.

Die "Massagefunktion" des Lendenkissens ist mehr oder weniger ein kleiner Vibrator mit USB Anschluss. Der Vibrator hat genug kraft, um nicht zum Stillstand zu kommen, wenn ich das Kissen mit dem Rücken voll belaste. Den "Massageeffekt" stelle ich jetzt einfach mal in Zweifel, aber da ich das Kissen eh nicht verwende, kann mir das egal sein.

Alles in allem ein Guter Stuhl. Mal sehen wie lange er hält.

Hayley or Daniel from Nokaxus need to improve their after sale service. It's been a week and I haven't had my query solved. The massager stopped working after a year and one of the arm rests has suffered a little crack, rest the chair is pretty good. Not good for hot environments since it's leather but a decent product nonetheless.
