I needed an organizer that was decorative, divided, large enough for toothpaste and unaccessible to a curious kitten. This fit the bill perfectly, plus it's plastic so I'm not as worried about shattering glass if the cat manages to get this off the counter.The only downside I would note is that the interior will spin as you try to open and close it, so it can be a bit annoying as this causes things to shift and you have to try to quickly shove the things back inside to get it closed. Because of this I doubt I could use this daily without it driving me nuts, but for a guest bathroom, it's perfect.
