I had been using a glue on ring to mounty Samsung phone to magnetic charger. Often the adhesive would fail if it was mounted for a long time as it would get warm from charging. I wanted a built in option. I tried several, one case didn't work with the maglock at all, I don't know how you can get that wrong, it's just a metal ring. This case is slim I don't need much protection, fits well, and the mag ring is placed right and holds strong.

However, it has a slippery texture which is bad. However, other I tested has a similar feel. Just sitting it in the palm ofy hand at a slight angle it starts sliding off. Hopefully this will wear in. I tried wiping with alcohol and that didn't change. Hence the 4 stars, a phone case should be slippery, hopefully I don't find myself needing it to be a more robust case due to this.

I loved this case from day one! It felt good in my hand and the color coordinated nicely with my new phone.

At first, it worked beautifully with both my magnetic car mount and the IMStick holder/grip/mount that I purchased at the same time. Unfortunately, after three to four months, I noticed that the magnetic attraction was much weaker. It's now reached the point that the case no longer sticks to the IMStick unless it is handled very gingerly. I don't even bother to carry the IMStick any more for fear of dropping the phone. (Both magnetic mounts still perform fine with other phones. )

Very disappointed because I loved the case at first.

The case overall is good quality. Magnet is strong and stays on MagSafe devices. I have 2 negatives about the case.

1) it's supposed to be brand new but when I openes it it was covered in finger prints and I had to spend a good 10 min cleaning the case.

2) the cutout for the charging port is not big enough. My cables either do not fit, or do not stay in because the hole is too small and restricting most usb c cables from plugging in. This is a huge defect and you guys should fix it! Did nobody test the case with different usb c cables?
