This case was inexpensive so I thought I'd try it out. It works really well! My husband has an iPhone and took my trusty old magnet mount off the car to hang his new MagSafe. I was pretty annoyed that my old magnet didnt work anymore, but this case fixed it. It holds great. No problems. Added bonus, it charges my phone so I don't need my own charging cord anymore 🙃

I broke my old phone stand in my car and went to buy a new one that's magnetic so it looks nicer. I didn't realize the phone stand I bought was magsafe only so I ended up finding this case and it works amazing. I was skeptical about the magnet strength but it's very secure and I have to use both hands to take it off the stand!

I was using the Mophie mag safe adapters on a different case prior to this but wanted to give this a shot since the magnets were built in. I'll start with the pros and make my way to the cons

Pro:
1. Case is slim and clear- this is important to me because in a perfect world where accidents don't happen I'd carry a naked phone and appreciate the design and form factor the designers intended and I believe this is as close to that that you can safely get. It provides good protection at the corners and camera while showcasing the color and design of the phone.

2. It's made of tpu, which should be pretty highly resistant to yellowing under UV. Most cases that do yellow are hybrid tpu/silicone and the silicone will yellow quickly.

3. Magnets work and have held my phone safely on my magnetic car mount over construction laden roads with lots of bumps.

Cons:

1. fit over the phone is good but not great. It slips in well and is secure, but it's a little spongy on the sides as if they could have gotten it a hair tighter. Not a big deal but it isn't the best hand feel to feel a little travel when you touch the sides.

2. Magnets are good, but not nearly as powerful as the Mophie adapters I was using prior. Haven't had an issue and I don't expect to but I felt more confident with the Mophie.

That's about it, I'll continue using the case for a while.

I've been using this case for a few months now. It really is a good case! It protects very well and fits the phone beautifully. The magnets are strong and great for my car mount. For some reason, my wallet does not attach to it as well as it did with my iPhone prior to this S22 Ultra.

It has the classic yellowing issue that all clear cases have, so I have to knock the durability down a star even though it isn't really the fault of the manufacturer.

Another small annoyance is that they should have had a small raised lip around the cutout for the cameras. The case is basically the same height as the cameras (and about the same texture/glass feel) so I frequently find myself touching and smudging the camera lenses. A small lip would be just enough to keep my fingers away.

Now to the main issue, the reason I have to knock it down a few stars. The magnets ARE NOT placed correctly. They seem to be too far to the top by just a hair. This isn't an issue at all with mounts or wallets but it is a huge issue with charging. MagSafe wireless chargers are not lined up properly so IF it works, it charges slow and disconnects if moved at all. If the ring was a bit lower this case would be excellent!

All in all, this really is a great case. It absolutely needs to be improved but with a few adjustments, it would be perfect.

Hard plastic back with sturdy rubbery sides. After over a month no issues with case stretching, cracking, yellowing, or falling apart. Works great with Apple massage accessories like the charger and wallet. Magnet holds to a charger as well as an apple case or phone. The back is hard plastic that can be slippery but the sides are a softer tpu material and provide enough grip.

So, I bought this case for one reason only.
I work as a driver we use a cell phone all day on the job, we have magnetic phone mounts in the vans and our work phones are all outfitted with cases that work well with the mounts.

I purchased my own personal phone because I wanted a better experience running the work apps to make my life easier.
So, I needed a case with a magnetic feature like this one, except it doesn't work.
It falls right off the mount, doesn't adhere to it at all.

If you want this case for use with a magnetic holder/mount don't bother.
There are many options from other companies that do work a lot better.

I found a different case without any magnetic properties or metal, then I also ordered a pack of metal sleeves to use on phones or phone cases to make them work with magnetic holders/mounts I expect this will work much better.
Lastly, if you bought this case for durability, again, it's not very good, doesn't offer much in the way of protection for your phone.
