best chair ever & best customer service
hello! i ordered this chair and so far i am in LOVE with it! when it first arrived it had been missing all the bolts (which i completely understand- things happen!) so i contacted support and less than 2 days later i had received the bolts!! the chair was so simple and easy to put together- for context i have a heart condition and cannot lift heavy material and have a hard time putting things (like a whole chair) together but this was so simple and easy i was able to fully do it on my own! i also want to add the customer service is top tier amazing and so is the chair! if i ever decide i wanna get more i know exactly where to come back!
