One of the most impressive features is its battery capacity, it is around 3 time of a regular cellphone which means that it go the whole day or even days without charging it. It is fast charging, the memory is expandable, it has a large screen; there are too many reasons to like this cellphone.

Had to spend 500 more on a another phone that accepts more carriers/SIMS. Now this awesome phone is a paperweight. I will absolutely buy again, but will do the SIM research 1st.

I'm old. So I buy rugged phones. I don't want an incidental drop onto the floor to be the end of the usability of my phone.
Turns out, I was putting the phone away in my pants pocket, and it fell. Yeah. It immediately turned off, and will not turn back on. Doesn't accept calls. Nothing. It's dead. I paid upwards of 200 dollars for this. + the transfer fees to add this phone to the network (and take my previous, actually rugged phone off the network, so now I simply have no phone.
What worthless trash.
Even disregarding the little stuff like that it is actually able to turn its brightness to 0 - literally turn off the screen, but with no way to reset its brightness settings, aside from hoping its automatic brightness modulator (which freaking blasts the screen in a dark room) decides to let you use the phone again.
It doesn't even let you force shut down the phone with a long press, or anything like that.
The *only* compliment I could give it was that I could reasonably comfortably keep it at 70-80% without fearing I'd be running out of battery.

However, the phone was too slow to even watch YouTube videos on and would constantly spin to load. Also the camera was very low quality. I really tried to like this but it's just not for me. I will say that the customer service is great. Tina was very helpful in working out a satisfactory conclusion. It is good to see that customer service is still important.

I ordered this phone on a Black Friday deal so it was discontinued and it's also older as far as I know. I'm fairly familiar with phone tech and figured I'd try this as a replacement phone for times I need a back up... For the first week it was great. I don't download heavy apps because I don't like the performance impact, but this guy had no reason to be as slow as he was. Super bulky too which gave me the illusion of maybe some sturdy hardware... All I can attest to is that the case won't crack, let water in or dust... But that's about as useful as it gets. This thing has about as much functionality as a brick and it's a bit less useful. BV may need to remove this from their stock. Do not buy.

Its possible to read the large screen with maps, texts, emails & conduct whattsapp meetings while on the move in the strong sunlight with sun-glasses on. I dropped it, the roads were often dire, it rained hard. It did not miss a beat once. Edit: For some reason all the text in my scathing review got deleted before the review was approved.

Overall the running of the phone's operating system is slow and and it really struggles to load webpages and apps. I was expecting that kind of slowness but it is also seriously glitchy and janky, doesn't register screen touches, and freezes on a regular basis.

Phone does have large battery capacity but the top 40% drains very fast compared to the final 60%. This got noticeably worse over the 2 months I owned the phone before it died without explanation. I never overnight charged it during that time.

The phone gets VERY hot when charging and is kinda scary. DO NOT charge this in bed and fall asleep, girl that is how you start a house fire.

I only paid £130 for the phone and to be honest I was okay with it for that price, despite the many flaws. I wanted something that is functional, waterproof, and resistant to drops, which I thought is what I got. However phone screen suddenly and unexpectedly became violently ill (please see video) and now it's unusable... after only 2 months of gentle indoor use, having never been dropped, never subjected to any stress of any kind... for a phone to fail under those conditions, while I am in the middle of looking at lego sets online, is unacceptable.

Me lo compré porque me gusta mucho hacer acampadas y excursiones a la montaña con los niños. Es robusto, tiene buena recepción de antena, el volumen es una pasada, buena linterna, y además con la batería que tiene no me preocupo de irme varios días de acampada.
No he comprobado su resistencia a caídas ni al agua pero tampoco tengo intencion, pero la verdad se le ve con buena calidad y buenos acabados. No le doy las 5 estrellas porque pesa mucho pero con la batería que tiene es normal.

Problemas con la cobertura.

La parte positiva es que tiene una bateria que dura varios días. La pantalla táctil también responde correctamente.
La parte negativa es que se bloquea y corta las llamadas en curso y que no tiene una buena antena (es mi impresión) y cuesta usar las apps.
No estoy muy contento con el terminal.
He recibido una comunicación por parte de blackview en la cual parece ser que se hacen cargo del problema y plantean una nueva solución. Por eso cambio mi calificación. A la espera que blackview ejecute lo propuesto. Por ahora. Contento.
El distribuidor ha actuado de una manera òptima. Muy recomendable.
En cambio. Estuvimos buena parte del sábado esperando. Llamé a Amazon y me dijeron que me llamarían para la entrega. El transportista llegó y al no encontrar a nadie. Lanzó a unos 4 metros el paquete en medio de un patio. Sin importar que alguien lo viera y se lo pudiera llevar.
