I have had this for a month so far, but I don't use it daily. I also DO NOT carry this anywhere, so to be clear, it usually hangs from a hook by my desk, and I use it if I need it that day. Now, I got 2, one for hubby and one for me...HIS is used more often, but again never carried.

I think that may be vital for some to note as I find my EDC cords get the worse of the wear.

Now, that clarified, this is a far more durable cord than others I've tried. It's very flexible, but still sturdy.. The ends that plug in on both ends are firm and well made and sturdy with the cord protected by a sheath that runs a bit down the cord to help stabilize it at point of entry into each side plug. I like that--a LOT. I usually start my new cords off by putting Sugru around them for this same effect.

They charge well, don't get hot, and do their job. That's really all I'm asking of a charging cable. It seems to be a bit faster charge than the cord that came with my device, but that may just be me. Both hubby and I love the extra length and the sturdiness of the cable, but time will tell on longevity.

For this price, I would assume no more use than I give it, that it should last awhile....but it's only been a month so.......We'll see.

I keep coming back to Anker cables because they last the longest especially with daily CarPlay and HDMI adapter usage. This is my favorite Anker model yet. I love the metal ends. The cording is improved and feels like their best braiding yet. All around it feels nice and robust.

I’ll update if it doesn’t perform, but given the fact it seems to be built better than any previous Anker cable I expect it to last.

You can get cheaper cables, but I don’t think you can buy a better cable.

Anker has a nice warranty I feel so even if something does happen to your charger like it’s frayed I wanna say that they will replace it and you can get a new one then and you may have to pay shipping since I have used there warranty before and it may depend on what’s wrong with it or what not.

But I feel I want to say that I didn’t have to pay shipping and I maybe just sent mine back or they just sent me a new one I wanna say but yeah I wanna say that I don’t recall exactly so I don’t lie or accidentally lie or so.

Just saying and trying to get it all out there and be as open and honest as possible.

Ultimately though I could maybe just ramble on and on but I just want to get this stuff all out there and be as open and honest as possible I guess and then you can take it for what it’s worth and do with it what you will.
