Infact when I contacted audition about the purchased plans was told they could not help with anything. That they do not sell plans only service them. Amazon sells. Had I known I woulbd end up without any extra coverage on a freezer, a daybed and a mattress. All now w no extra coverage. Would have purchased elsewhere.

I broke the head strap on a welding helmet I bought. I tried filing an accident claim on the Assurion online claims page but my product wasn’t listed on their drop down list so I couldn’t file it there. I called the listed phone number and Spent 10 mins just trying to talk with the correct department because amazon has their own claims department. When I did speak to someone their English was so broken that we went back and forth because we couldn’t understand each other. The claims rep ended up sending my call over to the returns department but since I broke the item it couldn’t be returned!
