La Vie en Rose: Let's Peek at the Properties of Pink

The acrobatic pop star known as Pink also has some tricked-out moves when it comes to real estate. Most recently, the 42-year-old singer listed a beachfront Malibu, CA, property for just under $15 million.

It represents a quick change of heart for the singer and her husband, motocross racer Carey Hart. They had purchased the home in June for $13.7 million.

Real estate has been a good side hustle for the Grammy winner, whose given name is Alecia Beth Moore, who has plenty of funds to splash out on luxe homes. In 2020 she was said to be worth $47 million, according to Forbes. That figure doesn't include the $215 million she earned headlining the highest-grossing act of 2019. One of the bestselling artists in the world, she's sold over 100 million records.

In addition to her beachfront Malibu retreat, where else does Pink plant her feet? We wanted to take a deeper dive into the other homes that the rocker has owned. Let’s take a look.

Malibu moves

Pink's beachfront home that just came back on the market was previously the home of music legend Barry Manilow. The remodeled five-bedroom residence was listed in April for $13.5 million, and Pink and Hart paid a little over asking price.

Measuring 4,320 square feet, the home features glass walls in the living room with 180-degree ocean views.

Highlights include a dramatic entry, high ceilings, lightened oak hardwood flooring, and front and back porches with lush landscaping. The white kitchen is newly redone.

Facing the ocean, the master suite has a fireplace, large walk-in closet, and incredible ocean and coastline views. The property also comes with a gym, a courtyard with built-in barbecue and spa, and a guesthouse.

Listing photos don’t show much of a difference since Pink took ownership of the place.

Previously in Malibu

In a previous transaction in Malibu, Pink and Hart picked up a five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom, 6,300-square-foot beach house in 2010 for $11.85 million. They sold that home for $12.5 million in 2016, netting a little profit on their investment.

Set on 1.2 acres, the gated Point Dume sanctuary came with a private path and access to coveted Little Dume Beach.

Located in a cul-de-sac, the property includes a gym, a terraced backyard with lap pool and tropical cabana, and a guesthouse.

Pink had more success with a parcel of land adjacent to the Point Dume property.

She and Hart picked up the 1.23-acre parcel in 2010 for just under $4 million. They got a hefty upside when they sold it for $7.5 million in April 2021. The buyer was Donato Errico, co-founder of luxury fitness chain Equinox, who owns several homes in the area.

Grape estate

When not performing, Pink is busy with her second career as a winemaker.

In 2013, Pink and Hart made a serious investment in Santa Barbara County, paying almost $9 million for a 200-acre ranch. It includes a vineyard; a 10-bedroom, 10,000-square-foot estate; and a pool and spa.

The singer has been making wine under her own label, Two Wolves, which released its first bottling in 2018.

“Secret’s out,” she revealed on the Instagram page for Two Wolves, which features an image of the star with grape-stained hands from 2018.

“I’ve dedicated the better part of the last 10 years of my life (outside of raising children and touring) to my passion—wine growing and farming organically,” she added.

Adios, Sherman Oaks

Before Malibu and Santa Barbara County, Pink called Sherman Oaks, CA, home. She purchased a 4,435-square-foot, Spanish-style villa in 2002 for $2 million. The four-bedroom, 4.5-bath property was sold in 2014 for $3.22 million.

Set on almost an acre, the home features lush greenery, an infinity pool, grotto, cave spa with waterfall, and barbecue pavilion.
