Positive Influence Programme
Positive Influence is our mentoring scheme, which connects talented young people from diverse backgrounds looking to break into the creative industry with Sony Music mentors. Our mentors have an understanding of the challenges faced and are trained to provide support to our mentees, helping them to build their confidence, connections and skillsets.
What if?
Our staff committee What if? takes the lead on a range of diversity, environmental workplace and social initiatives. What if? has helped Sony minimise plastic, introduced Premium Days for staff personal development, hosted talks with top talent and promotes wellbeing through regular activities such as yoga classes, mindfulness and Gospeloke.
Annual charity: Young Minds
Each year we support a charity with time, energy and funds. For 2019/20 we partnered with Young Minds, a mental health charity working for a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges.
