Carl Danner (Letters, Nov. 23) didn’t quite finish the story of Screaming Lord Sutch’s rhetorical question of why there was only one Monopolies Commission in Britain. There was no answer, so in 1997 Tony Blair’s incoming Labour Government called it the Competition Commission instead.
