NYCC 2017 Sets Attendance Record With Over 200,000 Fans

Wow – after having over 180,000 fans descend upon the Jacob Javits Center last year for all 4 days of NY Comic-Con, that attendance figure was bested big time during this year’s convention as over 200,000 fans took part in the fun & excitement over this past weekend. I have never read about this many fans attending a convention of any kind, let alone a pop culture convention held in NYC.

And the crazy part? This year’s NYCC was reduced in size in terms of the number of exhibitors/vendors/floor space due to the ongoing construction in and around the Javits Center that will be continuing over the next several years.

Huge congratulations to the entire ReedPOP team that works so tirelessly to put on a stellar NYCC each and every year and be sure to browse through the Related Articles section located at the bottom of this post for our coverage from NYCC 2017.
