Commented Morris, "Jason has played a critical role in developing global hits for some of the biggest artists in the industry over the last decade. We couldn’t be happier to have him leading our team in the U.K."

Iley was previously president of Jay Z’s Roc Nation Records. Prior to that, he was president of Mercury Records U.K., culminating a 15-year career at Universal Music UK, where he worked across all three frontline labels, including Polydor and Island. At Island, Iley was responsible for launching the careers of Amy Winehouse and Keane while managing the global launch of U2's multiplatinum albums of the 2000s.
