Business owners who prioritize creating and retaining jobs in New Jersey, and who are dedicated to training their workforces, may be eligible for support, funding and tax credits.
New Jersey has one of the nation's most well-educated and diverse workforces. More than 1.7 million residents hold college degrees, and the State is home to 57 colleges, universities and technology schools. New Jersey is committed to continually growing and maintaining this workforce, as well as strengthening it, evidenced by over $225 million awarded to State businesses to train their workers between 2003 and 2010.
