A new Netflix series about FBI agents who profile serial killers is being filmed now -- and maybe you can be in the show.

Production of "Mindhunter" will continue through December in Pittsburgh. It's a drama based on the 1996 book "Mind Hunter: Inside the FBI's Elite Serial Crime Unit."

Background extras, especially men, are needed for the show. Most extras will work anywhere from one to six days. Typical pay is minimum wage for the first eight hours, then time-and-a-half for the rest of the day.

Submissions are also being accepted for vehicles from 1962 to 1995 to appear in "Mindhunter." Owners are paid $150 for the first 12 hours on a shoot day, followed by time-and-a-half after that.

A typical day of shooting is 12-14 hours, rain or shine, so there's a possibility that vehicles will get wet.

Anyone who is interested should email a picture of themselves and their car to [email protected]. Include your name, age, phone number, height and weight, along with the make, model, year and color of the car.

Producers also want to know if a vehicle is in its original condition.
