Will Brill (Not Fade Away) and newcomer Brandon Perea have joined the cast of Netflix’s straight-to-series drama The OA from Plan B, Anonymous Content and Zal Batmanglij and Brit Marling.
Netflix is keeping the series’ logline under wraps but it is believed that the show will have some mystery elements to it. Brill will play Scott Brown. Perea is French, a senior on his high school lacrosse team and Ivy League candidate with a troubled home life who plans to study microbiology and chemistry.
Brill, whose recent TV credits include recurring roles on The Good Wife, Elementary, The Blacklist and Gotham, is repped by Stewart Talent and Authentic. Perea is with APA and Primary Wave Entertainment.
