Katy Perry has two reasons to celebrate this week. "E.T.," her collabo with Kanye West, tops the Hot 100 for the third straight week. And her previous smash, "Firework," tops the 4 million mark in digital sales. It's her fourth song to reach that plateau, which is more than any other artist in digital history. Lady Gaga, Rihanna and will.i.am have each had three 3-million-sellers. (will.i.am's total includes two Black Eyed Peas hits and his featured role on Usher's "OMG.")

"Firework" has sold 4,051,000 copies as of this week. Perry's other 4 million-sellers are "I Kissed A Girl" (4,011,000), "Hot N Cold" (4,821,000) and "California Gurls" (with Snoop Dogg, 4,753,000).

This is the fifth straight week that "E.T." has ranked #1 on Hot Digital Songs. "E.T." is the first hit to head that chart for five or more consecutive weeks since "Love The Way You Lie" by Eminem featuring Rihanna led the way for six straight weeks last summer.

This is the second week in a row that "E.T." has topped 300K in weekly sales. It has surged the past two weeks because of the belated premiere of the song's effects-laden video on March 31.

Perry is the first artist in digital history to top 300K in weekly sales with four different songs. She has done it with "Hot N Cold," "California Gurls," "Firework" and now "E.T." Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Eminem have each topped 300K in weekly sales with three songs.

In addition to his featured role on "E.T.," West has a hit of his own in the top 30 (albeit a modest one). "All Of The Lights" jumps from #26 to #23.

Jennifer Lopez's "On The Floor" (featuring Pitbull) logs its sixth week in the top 10. (It dips from #8 to #9 this week.) This marks the first time that American Idol contestants have been judged by an artist with a current top 10 hit. Paula Abdul's most recent top 10 hit ("Blowing Kisses In The Wind") was more than 10 years in the past when Idol debuted in June 2002. Steven Tyler's most recent top 10 hit with Aerosmith ("Jaded") was 10 years ago.

"On The Floor" heads the U.K. chart for the second week. It's Lopez's biggest hit to date in the U.K. "Love Don't Cost A Thing" (2001) and "Get Right" (2005) both had a single frame at #1.

Here's the low-down on this week's top 10 songs.

1. Katy Perry featuring Kanye West, "E.T." The song holds at #1 for the third week in its ninth week on the chart. This is its seventh week in the top 10. Digital sales rank: #1 (323K).

2. Rihanna, "S&M.;" The song holds at #2 for the third week in its 13th week on the chart. This is its ninth week in the top 10. Digital sales rank: #3 (141K).

3. The Black Eyed Peas, "Just Can't Get Enough." The song holds at #3 for the second week in its eighth week on the chart. This is the song's fourth week in the top 10. Digital sales rank: #2 (185K).

4. Cee Lo Green's "F**k You (Forget You)." The song holds at #4 for the second week in its 33rd week on the chart. This is its 10th week in the top 10. It's still the #1 selling song of 2011. Digital sales rank: #11 (110K).

5. Lady Gaga, "Born This Way." The former #1 song holds at #5 for the second week in its ninth week on the chart. It has been in the top five the entire time. Digital sales rank: #10 (110K).

6. Jeremih featuring 50 Cent, "Down On Me." The song jumps from #7 to #6 in its 22nd week on the chart. This is its fourth week in the top 10. Digital sales rank: #13 (101K).

7. Chris Brown featuring Lil Wayne & Busta Rhymes, "Look At Me Now." The song dips from #6 to #7 in its 10th week on the chart. This is its fourth week in the top 10. The song is in it fourth week at #1 on Hot R&B;/Hip-Hop Songs. Digital sales rank: #6 (126K).

8. Britney Spears, "Till The World Ends." The song rebounds from #13 to #8 (its highest ranking to date) in its sixth week on the chart. This is its second week in the top 10. Digital sales rank: #5 (133K).

9. Jennifer Lopez featuring Pitbull, "On The Floor." The song dips from #8 to #9 in its seventh week on the chart. This is its sixth week in the top 10. Digital sales rank: #7 (125K).

10. Adele, "Rolling In The Deep." The song holds at #10 for the second week in its 14th week on the chart. This is its second week in the top 10. Digital sales rank: #8 (124K).

P!nk's "F**kin' Perfect" drops from #9 to #12, ending a 10-week run in the top 10.

Blake Shelton's "Honey Bee" enters the Hot 100 at #13. It's the country star's highest-charting hit to date, surpassing his initial hit, "Austin," which peaked at #18 in 2001. It's the highest-debuting song by a country artist since "Lost In You" by Garth Brooks (in his silly alter-ego as Chris Gaines) debuted (and peaked) at #5 in September 1999. Shelton premiered the song on the Academy of Country Music Awards, which he co-hosted with Reba.

"Honey Bee" enters Hot Digital Songs at #4, with first-week sales of 139K. Billboard's Keith Caulfield points out that this is the best sales week and highest chart ranking on Hot Digital Songs for a solo male country artist in that chart's nearly eight-year history. Trace Adkins had held both records with "You're Gonna Miss This," which hit #8 on that chart in March 2008 with sales of 100K.

(Shelton's finance, Miranda Lambert, is also climbing this week's Hot 100. "Heart Like Mine" jumps from #54 to #44. Lambert's biggest hit to date is "The House That Built Me," which reached #28.)

"Give Me Everything" by Pitbull featuring Ne-Yo, Afrojack and Nayer vaults from #60 to #17 in its second week. The song is a marvelous blend of pop, hip-hop and Broadway-style theatricality. The repeat of the word "tonight" provides a link to the classic song of the same name from West Side Story. Digital sales rank: #9 (112K).

Zac Brown Band's "Colder Weather" jumps from #31 to #29 in its 12th week. The song holds at #1 on Hot Country Songs for the second week. James Taylor joined the band to perform the song on the recent ACM Awards. Taylor has cracked the top 40 on the country chart with a pair of remakes of familiar pop/rock songs from the late ‘50s. He and then-wife Carly Simon scored in 1978 with a remake of the Everly Brothers' 1958 hit "Devoted To You." He scored again on his own in 1985 with a remake of Buddy Holly's 1957 song "Everyday."

"Beggin' On Your Knees" by Victorious Cast Featuring Victoria Justice jumps from #83 to #58 in its second week on the chart. It's closing in on the #50 peak of the TV ensemble's previous "Freak The Freak Out"..."Party Rock Anthem" by LMFAO featuring Lauren Bennett & Goon Rock jumps from #88 to #66 in its third week. This is the song's highest ranking to date.

Jason Aldean's "Dirt Road Anthem" is the week's second highest new entry on the Hot 100 at #68. Aldean has amassed five top 40 hits. The biggest is "Big Green Tractor," which reached #18. The song has sold 1,685,000 copies, more than any other song by a male country solo artist in digital history.

Aldean's My Kinda Crazy has been #1 on Top Country Albums for five weeks, longer than any other album by a male solo artist since 2005. But you already know that if you read Chart Watch: Albums. If you missed it, here's a link.

Rebecca Black's "Friday" drops from #66 to #74 in its fourth week on the chart. The viral phenomenon peaked at #58 two weeks ago.

Ace Hood's "Hustle Hard" is the week's third highest new entry at #87. This is the rapper's highest-charting hit as a lead artist, topping "Ride" (#90 in 2008). (He was featured on DJ Khaled's "Out Here Grindin," which reached #38 in 2008.)

"Old Alabama" by Brad Paisley featuring Alabama debuts at #95, a week after they performed it on the ACM Awards. Alabama had three top 20 hits in 1981-1982, when young Brad Paisley was not yet 10. Those hits: "Feels So Right," "Love In The First Degree" and "Take Me Down."

OneRepublic's "Good Life" debuts at #97. It's the group's first release since group leader Ryan Tedder hit the top 10 in February as a featured artist on Far*East Movement's "Rocketeer."

Song Scorecard: P!nk's "Raise Your Glass" tops the 3 million mark in digital sales this week. The song reached #1 in December. The song took 27 weeks to sell 3 million copies. "So What," P!nk's only previous 3-million seller, reached that level in 26 weeks. (Close enough.) "So What" is up to 4,132,000 in digital sales.

3OH!3's loopy 2008 hit "Don't Trust Me" tops the 3 million mark in digital sales this week. The song hit #7 in May 2009. The duo (Sean Foreman and Nathaniel Motte) has since returned to the top 10 with a pair of collabos with Ke$ha, "Blah Blah Blah" (in which she had top billing) and "My First Kiss" (in which the guys did).

Four songs top the 1 million mark in sales this week: the Black Eyed Peas' "Just Can't Get Enough," Lupe Fiasco's "The Show Goes On," Jason Aldean's "Don't You Wanna Stay" (featuring Kelly Clarkson) and Yolanda Be Cool & DCUP's "We No Speak Americano."
