county of 9.8 million residents, larger in population than 42 states;
an area of 4,083 square miles, encompassing 88 cities; and the needs
of an ethnically and culturally diverse community.

caseload larger than any other jurisdiction except the States of
California and New York and an annual budget of over $3 billion.

63 local offices located throughout the County. |
