Straight from South Korea, the men of BTS joined The Late Late Show’s HomeFest coronavirus special event tonight (March 30), and performed their hit song “Boy With Luv”.
Following performances and appearances from the likes of John Legend, Will Ferrell, Andrea Bocelli, Dua Lipa, David Blaine, and Billie Eilish, the Seoul-based hitmakers appeared on the CBS show’s special fundraising event.
After greeting host James Corden and sharing messages of goodwill to the audience and the people of the world, the seven members of BTS, who are spending this period of isolation together, performed their 2019 single in their practice room.
“ARMY, are you all doing well?” asked V in Korean, with RM adding an imitation of their absent cheers quietly in response. “We miss you. I hope we’ll see you soon.”
“During a time when social distancing is crucial, we’re so grateful we can connect with you from here,” added RM. “It may seem like we’re isolated, but we’re still connected through our shared experiences, our courage, and our laughter.”
