The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard are expanding into Asian markets with both brands launching in Thailand under a major new partnership with Southeast Asia media company Fierce Publishing.
The partnership will see THR and Billboard roll out print editions in Thailand as well as a range of other Thai-focused media content, including mobile and digital properties, social media channels and signature brand licensed conferences and shows.
“With coverage of entertainment and music markets around the world, and audiences in dozens of countries, The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard are truly global presences,” said John Amato, co-president of THR and Billboard.
Amato added: “Partnering with Fierce Publishing, we’ll be pushing into one of the hottest and most exciting markets for entertainment and music with a partner that has demonstrated a strong ability to execute in the market.”
