(The Bible allusion is also valid, since this is quoted in Episode 1, but have slightly corrected its factual inaccuracy). MKUltra was a CIA project involving potential methods of mind control and it was members of that project who dosed Olson without his knowledge at a joint CIA-U.S. Army meeting undo
