With exceedingly consistant quality animation compared to the original series, some shots do seem overly zoomed with very little detail and some noticeable pixelation. Some shots also seem stilted almost like they were animated in flash. The show does, however, capture the spirit of the original show precisely but doesn't seem to be following the comic storylines as closely as the original series did. As with many streaming shows these days, the story arcs do feel rushed with a major character's death seemingly brushed under the rug too quickly. The opening theme, while almost a carbon copy of the original sounds hollow compared to Haim Saban's and Shuki Levy's original masterpiece.
