It builds up between plots but always showing the development of the characters, both human and non-human, delivering stories inside stories and saving us the bigger event, where it is not big for being big like most shows use to do, but because it was an actual build-up from the previous ones. Also the sound effects during most of this season just seems off, volume levels of background characters seem strangely done as well. It definitely makes you want to know what happens but none of the relationships seem well built and it doesn't make sense why half these people even care about one another in the first place.
