In this week's New York, S.Jhoanna Robledo takes a look at whether appearances on reality TV shows help sales in fancy new buildings. We don't think 15 Central Park West needs any help in the sales department, but a celebrity endorsement never hurts. The building didn't quite get one on last week's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
We playfully mocked the $29,000-per-month 15 CPW apartment rented by Kelsey Grammer during his stint on Broadway, but his wife (at the time!) Camille was way more serious when laying eyes on the three-bedroom condo for the first time. Too small? Clearly this heresy against the Limestone Jesus caused the couple's split, or maybe Kelsey's young mistress had something to do with it. Grammer has recently been spotted checking out other Manhattan starchitecture, so maybe he agreed with his ex-wife's opinion.
